Okay, the first read through was a blistering success - I'm really happy with everyone's initial interpretations of their character. Also, to those younger cast members who are taking the cameo parts, well done on your performance last night. I do hope you'll continue to take part in school plays as you move up the school.
I have listened back to the audio recording of the rehearsal, and it's actually of a pretty good quality. I will prepare it as an audio CD over the weekend, and have a meeting next week to distribute them and collect back your parental consent forms. If anyone doesn't have a parental consent form yet, please come and collect one a.s.a.p.
